Women Leaders is proud to support WOMBA (https://wombagroup.com/) and Ashridge Hult Business School  (https://www.hult.edu/en/executive-education/about/) in seeking out working mums and dads to interview for a new research project investigating the experience of becoming a working parent.  The research will draw on experiences from a broad set of organisations and multiple sectors.  Surprisingly, there is very little existing UK based research on this topic.

WOMBA and Ashridge are actively looking to interview Mums who have returned from maternity leave within the last two years and Dads who have returned from EXTENDED paternity or SHARED parental leave. They have asked us as Women Leaders to help with recruitment, as they would really like to invite mums and dads from smaller and medium organisations to participate, as well as those from larger organisations.
